Now this is a dish created from a place called The Pearl in Leeward Community college. Many of you may be wondering why does this college have a restaurant in it? Well, one of the main courses you can take is Culinary. This is a great experience to try what students have made that looks very fine dining! So hurry up and get reservations to The Pearl!

Spinach Salad topped with a Papaya Salsa w/ Shanghai Sweet Potato Crispy Spring Roll
As you can see this dish may be simple looking but to get all the components down on the plate was such a drag. This dish was made by two students from James Campbell High School named Casey Fernandez and Eron Flores competing in a competition called CTE (Career and Technical Education). The judges have commented about how this dish was very extraordinary and they were supprised that it was made under twenty dollars. Having this dish made in a competition environment was timed which equalled up to one hour of cooking time. Now if you want to learn how to make this just comment and let us know!

Strawberry Banana Trifle
Now it's time for fancy desserts! Would you believe if I told you that this was made by high students? Well, it was made by the culinary students of James Campbell High School. This culinary class has "Saber Cafe" once a month and the price to reserve this luncheon is around twenty five to thirty dollars. Many of may be wondering how does this whole entire fine dining happen in a classroom? Transformation of the classroom into the closest scenery to a fine dining restaurant type of style.

Strawberry Cake Pudding
This yummy dessert was served at the CTE event held at Sheraton Hotel Waikiki. As you can see it was a very classy yet great portion to give to over 300+ people. It was such a great experience to get to taste the wonderful dessert that has been made. I highly recommend to try the desserts that the Sheraton chefs makes when you dine in.

There are so many more foods to show you but these are a few of my favorite fine dinning experienced foods that I've encounter. You are probably wiping your mouth from all the drool that you had from looking at all these pictures! It is a good thing to try out these fine dinning to see how it compares to many other places. As for Hawaii on the other hand it has it's own twist when we are making foods. So treat yourself to one of our high end restaurants around Oahu and let's see if you will be wanting to experience once more!
